Both Abraham Lincoln and George Washington being presidents of the United States, both are considered as noble men who served the country well. Although, these are two very different personalities who led very different lives and had very different contributions towards the country which makes them unique in their own way.

Abraham Lincoln is credited with putting an end to slavery and is known as a noble man who was also a master politician. He was assassinated by a mortal gunshot wound to the back of his head on April 15, 1865 by John Wilkes Booth, a well-known actor and a Confederate spy from Maryland.
Who is George Washington?
George Washington was born to a wealthy family who owned tobacco plantation and a myriad of slaves and had access to home schooling and a good formal education. He served as the commander-in-chief of the Continental Army in the American Revolution and managed to force the British out of Boston in 1776. This great man who is constantly listed among the top three American presidents of all times, died on December 14, 1799 at the age of 77 from acute pneumonia.
What is the difference between Abraham Lincoln and George Washington?
Whereas George Washington was the first president of the united states, Abraham Lincoln was the 16th. Also, George Washington was born to gentry and had access to good formal education and home schooling whereas Abraham Lincoln was born to a poor family and had little formal education as a child.
George Washington was known as the father of the nation as a result of his role in the American revolution war which in turn freed America from the British. Abraham Lincoln, however is known for his role in abolishing slavery. While George Washington served in war as a general, Abraham Lincoln is not very well for his service in the army. Also, Abraham Lincoln was assassinated whereas George Washington died from acute pneumonia. Nevertheless these differences, both Abraham Lincoln and George Washington remain, to this very day, two of the greatest presidents that America has ever seen.
